1. About TOPCHI

TOPCHI is an Uzbek music guessing game operated by Akmal Rashidov, an independent developer in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This policy explains what information TOPCHI processes and why.

2. Information we process

TOPCHI may process a phone number for authentication, a username chosen by the user, game progress and answers, subscription status, payment transaction references, and basic technical or analytics events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TOPCHI.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and gameplay, remember progress, enforce free-play limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and understand aggregate product usage. TOPCHI does not sell personal information.

4. YouTube API Services

TOPCHI uses YouTube Data API Services only in an internal catalogue-preparation process. The process searches for public videos corresponding to tracks in the licensed catalogue and retrieves publicly available video statistics, such as view counts. TOPCHI uses those statistics to calculate its own relative difficulty tiers.

Difficulty tiers are generated independently by TOPCHI and are not metrics supplied directly by YouTube. TOPCHI does not require users to sign in with Google, does not access private YouTube account data, and does not play or embed YouTube videos in the game.

Use of information received from YouTube APIs is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Public statistics and related cached lookup data are refreshed or deleted in accordance with applicable YouTube API policies.

5. Storage and service providers

Account and gameplay data may be stored by TOPCHI’s hosting, database, authentication, analytics, SMS, and payment service providers. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.

6. User choices

Users may request access to or deletion of their TOPCHI account information through the contact channel associated with the service. Browser storage can also be cleared through browser settings. TOPCHI does not request YouTube OAuth access, so there is no YouTube authorization to revoke.

7. Updates

This policy may be updated when TOPCHI’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
